Reform’s Packaging Machines work with two main systems Pneumatic and Mechanic that make the machine very simple and easy to use a person that never worked with this kind of machines in three or 4 weeks will be able to manipulate the machine very easily.
To operate a Reform Packaging Machines you will need just one person because it is a fully automatic machine, the work of the operator will be checking up on the machine more than operating.
What types of flexible packaging machines do you offer?
Mainly we offer a variety of packaging machines that can satisfy almost all requirements.
»We offer STICK PACK MACHINES. This equipment can fill the 3 types of products (powder, granule and liquid) in mono doses stick shapeed sachets. These machines produce multiple sachets at once via multiple filling lines.
»We also offer 4 SIDE SEAL SACHET PACKAGING MACHINES, they work in similar manner to the stick pack machine, and the difference is in the shape of the sachet.
»Another category of equipments we offer the VERTICAL FORM FILL SEAL PACKAGING MACHINES. This equipment work in similar manner to the stick pack machines but produces one bag at once and the weight is bigger (500gr, 1, 2 kg…).
»And we offer HORIZONTAL FORM FILL SEAL PACKAGING MACHINES. This equipment produces the same style of sachets as the 4 side sealed sachet machine but with only one lane. We have also in this category of equipment the SINGLE USE WET WIPES MACHINES.
